an okay experience
room upgrade free water bad smell dark room
I got a room upgrade when I arrived. a very good breakfast was available, offering lots of variety. I also appreciated being able to get free tap water in the bar when I asked for it. This is something I struggled to get in other parts of ITALY EVEN though tap water is of great quality there.
the pool WAS only open until 6pm, disappointing. There was a BAD smell coming from what seemed to be the waste water in the bathroom. i feel that the room was a little dark. i wasn't very happy about these issues.

relaxing LOCATION
helpful staff early check-in clean room
i found the staff very courteous and helpful. they assisted with early check-in. they also gave advice on local dining and arranged transportation to the airport. the room was large and clean , the bathroom was great , and i enjoyed the pool area at the end of the day.

the hotel is a few minutes walk to main attractions. It is very close to the central station. catching a bus to the airport is super convenient. taking a train is easy too.

the staff was very polite and cute. they were always ready to help with a smile. a welcome prosecco was offered upon arrival. assistance with transportation arrangements was provided promptly.

the beds were comfortable , and the room was super clean. it had been recently renovated and included a balcony. the room offered a view over the town. i enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.

Good Location, Some Dated Details
central square friendly staffs free wine breakfast selection
The hotel is very close to the square. It have shops and restaurants all around. I used the rear gate and was at the center very fast. The staff was friendly. I receive free wine and champagne at check-in. Breakfast have good selection. It switched some fruits daily.
The room seems old. I can see dark wood. The floor tiles have chips. I saw spots on the bathroom ceiling. I hear sound from next room in bathroom. It a very slight disturbance.

The staff at front desk was very helpful for any request. They was quick to offer suggestions for local activities. Staff also arranged taxi service to the airport.

The breakfast buffet has large selection of foods. I tried fresh fruit, pastries, also hot items. It had gluten-free options. The rooftop bar serves cocktails, food all day.

The hotel is near many shops also restaurants, it very central. The train station is not far, maybe 5 minutes. The location is very good to explore the area, including Amalfi coast.

pastry variety outdoor club welcome drinks poor lighting dark bathroom turndown service
the breakfast had at least fifteen pastries. i found a variety of other breakfast items as well. the outdoor club and bar area was a fantastic touch with free welcome drinks.
the lighting in my room was very poor. the bathroom was even darker. the housekeeping service wasn't great, either. i only had turndown service one night.
